The inspiration behind this interior was high fashion; a concept that was achieved by use of bold patterns and colors. Although this hotel is for the middle class, the combination of rich color and pattern give it an upscale feel.

This rendering was created with SketchUp and rendered with 3Ds Max.
The inspiration behind this design is a tropical Miami feel. I carried out this concept with a mix of patterns in an analogous color scheme. This three bedroom/ three bathroom home is located in a suburban neighborhood.
These pictures are more scenes of the home. They were also done with SketchUp and then rendered with 3Ds Max. These are views of a game room and living area. This space was intended for when a couple hosts a get-together with family and/or friends.
